We will try our absolute best to accomodate your request but please be aware that if your order has been processed already, we might not be able to cancel or modify your order. If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please contact customer service and send a message regarding your order.

Do you ship internationally?

www.puracc.com is exclusively for orders within the U.S., and Canada.

Where is my online order being shipped from?

Orders are processed and shipped from our Tulsa, Oklahoma warehouse location.

I USED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS, HOW CAN I UPDATE IT?
