Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. *Be aware that there may be a delay in shipping due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic*.

We do not offer weekend delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

For any questions regarding exchanges or returns please contact customerservice@puracc.com from Mon - Fri Between 8am and 5pm CST. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. All items must be in new and unworn condition, with tags attached and still in original packaging. If there is an error in your order or with a product in your order that results in a return or refund then the refund can take up to 7-10 business days to show up in your account.
